Angelina Photiadou

Angelina Photiadou joined our firm in 2020, where she completed her training and attended proceedings before the Cyprus Courts. She has since progressed within the firm and now serves as the Head of the Commercial and Real Estate Department, overseeing a wide range of matters in these areas.

Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate advisory and real estate matters, advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of transactions and business operations. She has additional experience in banking matters, including debt restructuring for corporate entities, group structures, and private clients.

Angelina holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester and has furthered her studies with an LPC and an MSc in Law, Business, and Management from the University of Law. She was admitted to the Bar Association in 2021. She is fluent in Greek and English and is a certified mediator for civil and commercial disputes, registered with the Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
