Senior Associate

Demetra graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2010. She began her legal career that same year and became a registered lawyer, gaining valuable experience in the legal profession over the years. In 2015, she obtained a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminology, further enhancing her specialization in the field. She has since developed extensive experience in litigation and commercial matters.

Since May, Demetra has been a lawyer at Antonis K. Karas LLC. In her current role, she assists clients with drafting sale agreements and a variety of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure, exchange, and assignment agreements. She actively participates in contract negotiations and provides legal guidance throughout the litigation process, focusing on the early identification of legal risks and the protection of clients’ interests in all transactions.

Alongside her legal practice, Demetra lectures on Legal Aspects at Global College in Nicosia and teaches Real Estate Law at the American University of Cyprus in Larnaca, contributing to the education of future legal professionals.
