Christos Karas, Barrister at Law and member of the Inner Temple, is the Managing Director of the firm. Christos Karas chairs the firm’s Board of Directors, responsible to observe, oversee and provide strategic leadership and guidance, and coordinates all departments and functions required to ensure the smooth operation of the firm.
With over 15 years of experience practicing law in Cyprus, he has successfully safeguarded the interests of a significant number of corporate and private clients in banking, administrative, commercial, corporate, civil and criminal law cases. He is specializing in Corporate and Commercial law and his expertise lies in both litigation and transactional work.
Throughout his professional career he has been appointed and he is currently a member of several boards of directors, committees in various companies and organizations. He is a former Judge of the Appeal Court of the Cyprus Basketball Association (CBA), President of the Board of the Famagusta Bar Association, Treasurer and Member of the Executive Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, served as President of the Board of Directors of semi-governmental Organization by appointment and is currently active within the education and political field in Cyprus through various leading positions he currently holds.
