Senior Associate

Panayiota Daniel has been a valued member of our firm since 2018 and currently serves as the Head of the Litigation Department. With extensive experience in civil, corporate, and criminal litigation, her expertise covers a broad range of legal proceedings, including banking, debt restructuring, company reorganizations, trusts, corporate disputes, and white-collar litigation.

Panayiota holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Nicosia and an MBA with a specialization in Shipping. She is also a published co-author of the article Exploring the Barriers to Pursuing a Maritime Career in Cyprus, featured in The Market: International Journal of Business Vol 5 (2024). Panayiota is a registered mediator with the Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2017. She is fluent in Greek and English.
